    Abstract: The study presents the analysis of the theoretical and practical experience of Belgorod, Saratov
regions and Trans-Baikal region to address the issue of child abandonment on the basis of statistical data for
the 5 year period (2011-2015). This study was prepared in the framework of the research "Life trajectories of
children and their biological parents, restored their parental rights".
