    Abstract: Now with development of economy and the teqhnology, based on the world standards and innovative technologies, it is required to Kazakhstan qualified, competitive personnel in the management field and management of all specialties including engineering. An article is considered the questions of effective providing and most rational use of resources of the enterprise, including and personnel which depend on management system and professionalism of leaders and specialists. Assimilation by the future specialists of scientific management bases, mastery of content, methods and forms of effective management, development of managerial abilities at the moment are primary objective of the modern higher school of Kazakhstan.
