These skills are an important factor of the development of children’s subjectivity leading to success. Within the frame of competence-based approach the ability to learn acts as a key competence of the junior school children and provides a possibility of continuing education during life. The purpose of our research is a theoretical and practical analysis of the problem of the formation of the management skills in junior school children.
