It observed TISCO company’s employees working during 2013 to 2014 (n = 1.857). Research tool was assessment form at the rubric score, created job competency assessment indicators derived from the board meeting. This research statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis and multidimensional form of the partial credit model.
