In this case problems of recognition of signals come down to a task of the analysis of a form of signals and their characteristics. These measurements are called identification measurements. Receiving quantitative measures, a possibility of algorithmization and automation, decrease in computing complexity of the procedure of identification and classification of signals in telecommunication systems is result.
