In Anglo-American and Continental legal systems, the moment of entering into a contract is determined differently. In Anglo-American system, the contract comes into force when an acceptance has been sent to a person who had forwarded the offer. In Russia, the contract shall be recognized as concluded when a person who had sent the offer has obtained an acceptance.
