This study presents a class of graph networks whose design is based on graph structure. This graph structure is referred to as R-graphs. Their construction technique and properties are presented and compared with other graph networks. The R-graphs which are regular, homogenous and posses a cyclic symmetry are shown to be easy to construct. Keywords: Graph networks;R-graphs;fault-tolerant networks;computer networks;large graphs
