Best shoot regeneration in percentage (80%), number (8), length (10mm) was recorded in 50mM of NaCl+MgSO4.7H2O.+CaCl2. 2H2O. CaCl2 proved to be more deleterious in comparable concentration as that of NaCl and MgSO4.7H2O. No age and position factor was observed for shoot regeneration however it was comparatively more towards lower halves of leaf lamina. Keywords:
