It will surely remain important through out the 21st century. Initially experienced by more developed countries, the process has recently become apparent in much of developing world like Bangladesh as well. Since, the older population is growing at a considerably faster rate and the life expectancies are increased with the advancement of time, the elderly should be considered not as a burden to the society but their valuable experience should be utilized fruitfully and it should be the responsibility of not only society and the government but also the people.
