Virus neutralization test was used to discriminate antibody response against BTV serotypes. The overall seroprevalence of BTV was recorded as 31.76%, comprising individual percentages for BTV-9 and BTV-16 were 20.00 and 22.03%, respectively. In the study, the seroprevalence of blue tongue virus infection in GAP varied between 20.90 and 52.17% on the province basis, whilst antibody percentage for BTV-9 and BTV-16 were found in GAP varied between 8.60 and 32.39%, 11.94 and 49.28%, respectively.
