DHEA was given in the diet (0-0.02%) to 15-week-old male New Zealand White rabbits for 3 months. At the end of the experimental period, the rabbits from each group were slaughtered without fasting and the perirenal fat and LD muscle were collected to determine the FA profile. The results show that DHEA, at the experimental dosage, does not influence the FA profile of perirenal fat or LD muscle of rabbits fed different fat content diets.
