Crisis performance defined the integration of possible actions that represent to reduce unstable situation of the organization. For the methodology, this study follows the positivism in order to consider the research paradigm. A quantitative research approach has followed with valid 328 respondents from 500 questionnaires distributed. On this representative sample, a survey was carried out to find out the of SL, CL and BCM influence on OCP. All the study’s hypothesis were supported. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications were discussed. ER -
