The research was conducted on the permanent employees who work at service industry of public sector in West Kalimantan in which total sampling were 100 employees. The sampling procedure employed non probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling by considering these criteria: permanent workers and they have been working in service industry of public sector for at least one year. The research used questionnaire for data collection while a simple linear aggression analysis through SPSS 22 Program employed for data analysis. The findings showed that emotional intelligence has positive and positive influence on job satisfaction organizational commitment, job involvement organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance.
