In this regard, this research aimed to investigate the effects of spiritual leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of spirituality in the workplace and performed as a case study in the public hospitals of Guilan. This is an applied research and also a descriptive research from data gathering method perspective. Results confirm all of hypothesizes and indicate the mediating role of spirituality in the workplace in the impact of spiritual leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. ER -
