The issues of the reproductive programs’ social efficiency (i.e., the maternity and childhood supporting programs) were previously addressed and estimated by means of sociological researches of the employees’ satisfaction at an enterprise. However, the issues of economic effect had not been previously evaluated. The work suggests a technique for assessing the cost effectiveness of the reproductive programs. The disability indicators indicating the improvement of other economic indicators of the enterprise’s operation are proposed and calculated using the data of the city-forming enterprise OJSC MMK (the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works).
