In this study, the effects of job stress on organizational commitment is assessed in three aspects: emotional commitment, normative commitment and continuous commitment amongst employees of Tejarat bank. This research is a descriptive research of measurement type. For surveying cause relations between its variables, the modeling of structural equations by LISREL Software is used. ER -
