It leads to development and improvement of internal organizational social capital to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between human resource managemenpractices of marketing sector and internal organizational social capital. This study is applied in terms of goal and it is descriptive in terms of data analysis and it used questionnaire to collect data. Population of study included 97 manufacturing companies operating in industrial cityof Rasht in Gilan Province. SPSS Software was used to analyze data of study. The results showed that there is significant relationship betweenhuman resource management practices dimensions of marketing sector and internal organizational social capital. Therefore, it is suggested that similar research projects to be conducted in other organizations at wider dimensions. ER -
