Under these conditions, the development of the brand in the region is not only a fashionable trend of Russian regional policy but also the need to re-create an attractive image of the region, enhancing its competitiveness. Approaches to the development of tools brand development of the region in the Russian Federation (on the example of the Belgorod region) are presented in this study.
