Talent management has been the target of increasing interest in the world of work and has appeared more frequently in the academic literature now a days. While, firms tend to recognize the importance of talent management, they often fail to manage it effectively. Success of the company in managing talent will be the critical factor to create competitive advantages. The purposes of this study is to design conceptual model of integrated talent management system in order to manage talent effectively. This study will be focus on discussing about process cycle in managing talent. Furthermore, this study will develop conceptual model of integrated talent management system and also explain the important thing that company often to neglect and they didn’t realized that it can be root problem that make overall process will be failed in managing talent.
