The focus of this study is to identify the best style of leadership theory for a better performance in an organization. Earlier studies on leadership theories and performances in organizations were analysed and these are the data for this present study. The conclusion garnered from the literature showed that transformational leadership style is deemed as the best style for organizational performance due to an ever increasing support of this theory in numerous studies.
