The job satisfaction of soccer referees was set by using the Job satisfaction scale. Total 37 referees and 83 assistant referees participated in the study and their ages are between 28.2 and 33.8. As a result of the research, the job satisfaction level of the referees and assistant referees was compared by t-test and it was not found statistically significant differences (p>0.05). It was found statistically differences in income and job satisfaction of the referees (p<0.05). ER -
