A multiple case study method using interview, document analysis, work shadowing and observation was hired for data collection. Findings of this study explained on characteristics of transformational leadership of the selected schools leaders from qualitative perspective based on four dimensions as suggested by Bass and Avolio, i.e, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation. This study also describes on how leaders in all selected schools practiced ‘lead by doing’ and able to persuade their staff to envisage and add to the growth of eye-catching futures. ER -
