The night market serve as a part of informal economy and becoming ideal places to get every day to day merchandise as well as leisure activity for local and non-local residents. The needs to understand the characteristics of the night market local traders will help the local authorities to understand the profile of the business incubators. Conversely this growth will lead to many challenges faced by the traders. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the significance differences between night market local trader demographic characteristic with the challenges faced by using Chi-square analysis. The findings suggest educational level has significant differences towards the poor management challenges faces by them. ER -
