For this purpose, this study employs a qualitative research methodology and uses the doctrinal and comparative approach. The question to be considered is whether the law on privileged wills in Malaysia is still important and whether all groups entitled to make privileged wills are covered by the Wills Act 1959 (Act 346). This study contends that privileged wills are to be preserved in Malaysia. ER -
