The causal-comparative method is used in this study. Research sample includes 380 married couples from Sirjan education staff which has been gathered using cluster approach among all employees who worked during the academic year of 2013-2014. Neurosis subscale in NEO personality questionnaire, short form, (NEO-FFI) and ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire is used to measure the variables in this study. The results indicate that there is significant difference (p<0.001) between 4 groups of couples (presumed combined types of marriage in neurosis personality trait) in terms of eleven components of marital satisfaction.
