Total of 260 students from a private international college are used as respondents of this case study. This study will like to examine if certain lecturers; competencies are related to students’ satisfaction and performance. Competencies such as knowledge on subject has the highest mean score, whereas 2 variables, class presentation and examination have the lowest mean. The findings show that lecturer’s knowledge of subject contributes most to students’ performance. ER -
