The study states that significant personal features of students are connected with the circumstances of their self-fulfillment in the course of university training which are as follows: personal involvement in the learning process, fulfillment of students’ abilities and social integration into students’ community. The study aimed to discover a reflection of features of the students’ self-fulfillment through their personal characteristics: needs and motivations, purposes, features of self-attitude and orientations in connection with the purpose of life. As a result of research the connection presence was established between the students’ self-fulfillment at the university, their ambition to learn, purposefulness, consistency of their self-attitude and a purpose-oriented way of life.
