The problem of incentive norms in criminal law, concessions from the state in favor of guilty or so-called “compromises” in the sphere of criminal and legal policy was a subject of independent research by scientists of other states; however, the Kazakh jurisprudence practically wasn’t investigated the given matters independently. Art of law enforcement system consists in providing equivalence of coercive and incentive measures of impact on offenders. ER -
