Each disposition serves both a private criterion for choosing a profession and an identifier of four professions which an individual wants or can master and the society needs and can teach him. The study deals with an algorithm for the formation of such a model which is a gradual settlement of the conflict between the needs and capabilities of the individual and society. ER -
