Besides, the study provides the researcher’s assessment of opening and operation of the Russian centers of the ‘Russian World’ Foundation on the territory of the people’s Republic of China and the chain of the Confucius Institutes in the Russian Federation. The presented research features not only theoretical but the applied nature as well. On the basis of the numerous regulatory documents, the socio-political and economic situations in the world as well as already existing experience in implementation of the joint large-scale projects the Russian-Chinese cultural-educational events were analyzed in this study. There were also identified the material shortcomings and weak points; the practical recommendations as to elimination thereof were provided. Besides, the resulting positive aspects were presented; the further key points of development in this direction were specified. ER -
