The diachronic-dynamic approach to analysing the structural and semantic models of the German place names taking into account the aspects of cultural linguistics allows to objectify the changes of their form and “internal” meaning. The final result of this modelling process is the knowledge of the ethno-linguistic picture of the world at different stages of historical development. ER -
