In the latest CM of today's organizations, job-related or behavior-related capabilities are being considered. But there is no unique CM that could be useful for all organizations. Through these models, the main organization competencies can be related to job features; talented people can be identified; it can be clearly specified that what capability an organization required in the present and the future to be successful; a basis for performance management can be offered; a list of competencies will be developed to determine how people may be prepared for the future and individual improvement programs can be developed.
