The researcher used descriptive research approach. The study data collected from specialist educators and teachers experts to determine the mathematics teaching competences. To know how the mathematics teachers apply those competences, the researcher distributed a questionnaire to 62 Yemenis teachers in primary schools after testing the validity and computing its reliability through Pearson Correlation Coefficient which was 92.32%. The study created a list of necessary competences for mathematics teachers and distinguished teachers point of view on the competencies significance. ER -
