A hospital based comparative study was conducted to compare the efficacy and safety profile of valacyclovir vs. zinc sulphate in Verruca Vulgaris. Total number of 50 patients will be selected for this study from Dermatology OPD, Krishna Hospital, Karad who will be diagnosed clinically as verruca will be included in to the study valacyclovir and zinc sulphate, both are efficacious in treatment of warts. Valacyclovir was more efficacious therapeutic option than zinc sulphate in treatment of warts. ER -
