Theoretical model analysis is based on a complete review of fundamentals of law consistency: social relations in their systemic interaction, state-power nature of law, legal policy and principles of law. A special place in studying of its theoretical model occupy initial social relations that have private law character. Analysis of this problem is based on a principle of methodological pluralism; dialectical approach is taken as a basis to study legal reality. The study underlines a theoretical model’s significance for legal science and legal practice. ER -
