The sample group of the study was comprised of 217 women who were selected by a random-sampling method. Most of the women stated that they used the antibiotics prescribed by a physician; nearly half of them used the antibiotics improperly and also a quarter of them used antibiotics to treat viral infections. The proper use of drugs improved with the increasing educational and income levels. Erratic antibiotic usage was common in women. ER -
