According to it, the Kazakh society underwent a significant transformation in the colonial period. Changes have affected all spheres of Kazakh’s life and include new phenomena in social relations when perceptions about the role and place of women in traditional society are changing. This leads to growth of women’s role, increase of attempts to protect their ‘women’ rights by submitting claims to the Russian colonial administration of various levels. ER -
