The study replied heavily on employee’s performance and productivity. For this study, numbers of staff of MTN in Ibadan office was selected using simple random technique to select 35 members of staff. Data were collected from both primary and secondary source. The primary data was collected through a modified questionnaire while the secondary data was collected through textbooks and company journals. These data were subsequently analyzed applying regress in analysis. The result revealed that motivation has significantly impacted on employee is performance. Therefore, the study recommended that employees should be motivated by their employers as this will lead to good performance and enhanced productivity. ER -
