A small business venture is any business that is independently owned and operated, not dominates in its field and does not engage in any new marketing or innovative practices. Small businesses are the largest employers with lower investment per job. Small businesses contribute substantially to the community in terms of jobs. There is close relationship between poverty and unemployment problems. If it is possible to generate more jobs then it will help us to illuminate poverty. Here small enterprises can not only change the income and poverty level of entrepreneurs but also create jobs that will alleviate poverty from our country. So this study aims to find out what is the real contribution of small businesses to alleviate poverty and societal progress. ER -
