For sustainable qualitative growth of the livestock industry, it is essential to support the upstream livestock industries such as feed industry, animal drug industry, livestock equipment and disease control. Therefore in this study, the current conditions of livestock and upstream industries of Korea are introduced focusing on the status of feed, cattle, swine and chicken industries and the expansion in overseas market on the basis of the plans to promote the development of future livestock industry in Republic of Korea (ROK).
