The prevalence of Listeria monocytogenes in raw milk and white cheese samples of manufacturer A was found to be 1.7 and 3.3%, respectively and of manufacturer B was found to be 3.3 and 6.7%, respectively. No Listeria monocytogenes was isolated in any of the yoghurt and Doogh samples of both manufacturer probably because of their low pH values. ER -
