The demand rates are increasing with time over in known and finite planning horizon. The demand rate, deterioration rate, holding cost, ordering cost are assumed to be a continuous function of time. Shortages are allowed and are completely backlogged. It is described with the help of numerical example. The effect of changes in the values of different parameters on the decision variable and objective function is studied. A numerical example is given to describe the developed model. Sensitivity analysis also shown for the model.} }
