Conductivity type measurement on the as-prepared film showed a p-type conductivity with enhanced dark conductivity from 5-30 mA when annealed at 200°C for 1 h. The result emphasizes the fact that annealing at a predetermined temperature is essential to produce a good photoconductive PbS film.} }
