Drug resistance was analysed by sensitive assay. Homology of the 16S rDNA between SCBI-1 and Bordetella bronchiseptica is 99.3-99.9%, the study successfully isolated a strain of Bordetella bronchiseptica which could lead a mouse to death within 16 h and is resistant to penicillin, rifampicin, clindamycin, ampicillin and cefalotin.} }
