A total of 19860 animals (cattle 5178; sheep14682) slaughtered in the 3-month period and overall 4167 (20.98%) livers were condemned. The prevalence of liver infection due to fasciolosis, dicrocoeliosis and hydatid cyst was 24.46 , 41.91 and 32.34% of total liver condemnations, respectively.} }
